Bringing you 100% of happiness is our mission! After receiving your product, you have 30 days to return if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason why you are returning so our friendly Joy Crew can assist you. Please note that we do not offer gift exchanges at this moment.
Once we receive the return package, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. The refund will be sent to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please note that we do not provide return labels but we will refund your initial shipping cost! Please keep any emails or text you receive regarding your order as they may contain important information.
To qualify for return, merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, and all returnable products will be refunded for the full purchase price.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, in original condition, and with a store receipt or order confirmation email. If a return is made within that 7-day period, you will be refunded in store credit*.
